About us
My passion for grounds maintenance began as soon as I left school, and I’ve been working in the industry ever since. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience maintaining a wide variety of sports facilities, including golf courses, bowling greens, cricket pitches, and football fields, where precision, presentation, and attention to detail are essential.
To broaden my experience, I travelled to the United States to work on several large golf courses, learning different maintenance techniques and working to exceptionally high standards.
After returning to the UK, I became Grounds Manager for four prestigious private schools in North London. In this role, I was responsible for the complete management of the school grounds, overseeing everything from sports pitch construction and maintenance to road construction, landscaping, garden design, and planting projects. Managing large-scale grounds and development projects gave me extensive experience in delivering high-quality outdoor spaces that are both practical and visually impressive.
Due to family commitments, I made the decision to return to Kent, where I founded Archangel Ground Care. Today, I bring years of professional experience, expert knowledge, and genuine pride in my work to every project, whether it’s regular garden maintenance, commercial grounds care, or complete landscape transformations.
